I'm a true Floridian, born in Dunedin and reside in Holiday, Florida.
Marine Corps Veteran
Served in the Marine Corps from 2013-2017 at Camp Lejeune and went on one tour in the Mediterranean area.

Through my own wellness journey starting after the Marine Corps chapter of my life came to end I self-treated my shoulder injury that initially left me unable to perform any basic calisthenics movements.
Through focused, consistent, and frequent massage sessions within a year I found myself nearing 100% recovery, I believe in massage therapy and a concerted effort in achieving wellness.
My goal for each and every person who is like-minded is to feel what I feel to better enjoy life, be active and be well.
